The Inputs received us from Umargaon (Gujrath), its VAT is Exempt. Our unit is situated at Nashik (Mahrastra) the material clear as such to other party in Nashik (maharastar) the VAT is Nil or regular Tax kindly guide us.

Avinash Vasant Bhavsar if the goods are taxable under maharastra vat? if taxable then local vat will attract, even if it is non taxable in gujarat state.
