input tax eligibility of purchase of stationary for office use from registerd party...?? and also un registerd party?

Yes...
You can get ITC for the purchase of Stationary from a Registered dealer...
Also you ll be pay Tax under RCM basis*

yes , itc can be availed . . .

purchases from RD , itc can be availed

purchases from URD, itc can be availed but u have to pay gst under RCM then u can . . .

Yes ITC can be availed in both cases purchase from RD or URD

Only diff. is that ...

you need to pay gst on purchase from URD and then you can take ITC
