We are purchasing goods of Rs. 111000/_ but supplier was not prepare e-way bill and send goods to us.
In this case, can we avail input tax credit against the tax invoice without e-way bill ?
please advice.

Yes , .. you can , there is no link taking input & e-way bill. If U have reced Invoice & Goods you can avail ITC , moreover E-way regarding detail is not shown anywhere in returns
