Registered person shall eligible to take input tax credit under reverse charge?

yes subject to pay gst on that and raise inovice himself for gst

as gst tax if movement of good are there u wont get tax credit

so raise bill ur self and get the credit since in resverve charge

unregister person cant issue the invoice
