input tax credit on invoice
sir. seller issued tax invoice without mentioning buyer GST number, but he entered in GSTR1 . is any problem to take input tax credit on that bills.

Make sure he mentions it on the tax invoice:
- It is mandatory to mention the GSTIN
- He may anytime make an amendement in his return.
So its better to mention the GSTIN on invoice.
Entered in GSTR1 means , where in B2B means OK for claiming ITC, in B2C means not possible.
