Input Tax Credit Not Claimed
March 18 itc not claimed, but return for the month of August 2018 is not filed. Can I claim ITC in August 2018 GSTR 3B.

Yes you can but itc related to fy 2017 18 can not be claimed in return filed after 25th oct.
As per my personal view you can claim the itc because no billwise details are submitted in any return you can claim itc on fifo basis
