HELLO FRIENDS, IF THE PERSON PURCHASES GOODS FROM CHINA AFTER PAYING CUSTOM DUTY AND SALE AS IT IS WITHIN STATE IS HE ENTITLED TO ANY INPUT TAX CREDIT OR NOT.

PLS. HELP ME.

NO INPUT TAX CREDIT ALLOWED ON THE GOODS.

Special Additinal Duty may get refunded provided the goods are sold in state by paying VAT, get more details with your customs clearing agent.

If you useing the said commodity as raw material for fineshed products then you cant claim. But if you are doing trading of commd. then you get SAD 4%. within one year from release of commod.
