one dealer has input in june 2017,they migrated gst also a casual dealer and they didnot file returns till to date after the migration of gst,they done their sale till to date, so how to take june 2017 ITC and how to adjust ITC after the july2017 sales.
pls give the clarification as soon as possible
Transitional credit can be availed by filing TRAN-1. Jun-17 input cant be taken as TRAN-1 filing window is closed as of now.
For other please file return paying GST along with interest and late fees.
Late fees for peirod Jul-sep 2017 is waived off. For balance period late fees mandatory.
Rs. 25 CGST & Rs. 25 SGST per day of delay
