Is the entire chapter of input tax credit is not applicable for November 2018? Or some parts of input tax credit relevant for November 2018?

Sir the query is for CA FINAL. Yes, I did refer the annexure attached, but still I am getting confused as to which topics to study for input tax credit for CA Final November 2018 attempt. Kindly guide on this.
