Dear Gaurav,
In terms of Order no. 2/2018, last date for availing ITC relating FY 2017-18 would be due date for filing GSTR 3B for Mar'19 (i.e. 20-04-2019). Please note condition to avail ITC is it should reflect in GSTR 2A.
FY 2017-2018 ITC CLAIM taken up to 31-03-2019 as per your GSTR 2A.This claim taken in the GSTR3B for March 2019 .
