As per restrictions on taking ITC @ 110% of ITC as per GSTR-2A

Our 70% + vendors are quarterly return filers

Now in Mar 20 GSTR-3B
i will file mine on 20-04-2020

but vendors will file on 30-04-2020

therefore ITC for which i was waiting for past two months i.e Jan and Feb will unclaimed this time too

please help or clarify on this matter.
