Input tax credit
I have unutilised ITC for the year 17-18 & 18-19 also I have not filed annual return as my turnover does not exceed 2 crore whether now can I take such credit of ITC.

No as of my opinoin the last date to claim ITC of 2017-2108 is sep 2018 and for 2018-19 it is september 2019.so you cant claim any ITC now.
