If we purchase some taxable items(Value Rs.100000/-) from a unregistered delaer(tournover below 20 lacs) for promotional purpose, is there any GST liabilites with us(We are registered with GST) ? please advice ..

If promotion purpose if you accounted like sponsorship you are liable to pay under RCM otherwise book it as a expenses,
Note:- Whether taxable or non taxable item unregistered persona not able to charges GST
