A Registered Person in Construction can avail and utilise all the eligible GST ITC on receipt of supplies of goods and services in reelation to his business. However a Registration person who receives Inputs & input services for use in construction buiding for own use (Capital Asset) (Not P&M), he cannot avail ITC of GST.
