Matter
Suppose I am a Regd. Trader.
1.I purchased stationery for Rs.2000 from a Regd Dealer with invoice for Office use.
2. I booked Railway Ticket from Chennai - Mumbai for Rs.1400
3. I paid Telephone bill Rs.1500 which is in firm name
Question
Can I claim Input Tax Credit of all the above?

Dear Joseph,
ITC is not allowed for 1st and 3rd case. In 2nd case if it is for personal purpose then, itc is not allowed.
