should i get my ITC paid under RCM within same month of filling return.

RCM has to be paid in cash ie not by utilizing the credit.In the subsequent months you can claim ITC of the same.
Ex- July- RCM liability-Rs100
Pay Rs 100 through electronic cash ledger
August- Claim ITC of Rs 100/-
