if assesse has a rental income more than 20 lacs and interest income as bank interest , can he claim itc against bank charged GST in his
account due to processing charges or inspection charges etc?

Yes you can only condition is that Bank Account should relate to business of the assesee

Yes he can GST on Bank charges is not in the negative list but the bank charges should relate to the account of business
