Dear Akash,
Input VAT Credit can be taken on the purchase of Mobile but it is disputable issue. If do you know more about this please write mail to me sachinagarwalcallb @ gmail.com

You can not take itc of vat agst.purchase of Mobile for Your business purpose, you can take credit only service tax charged on mobile bill agst.cenvat credit rules
