Yes... You can take ITC for the purchase of vehicles. Bcoz, You are the transporter. The said ITC can't blocked under the sec 17(5) of CGST act...

Nature of your activii is transporter.Your ITC is not blocked U/s 17(5) of the CGST Act.So you can take an ITC for the Purchase Vehicle.

You can take ITC, subject to condition that you should opt to pay GST on forward charge basis...
