We have paid the service tax under rcm of manpower service in excise regime for the month of june17 payment done Aug month with interests. Now how to take the canvat on rcm through Tran1 or er 1 return
Whatever the credit available in the last Service Tax return filed (Q1 of FY 2016-17) can be claimed as credit in TRAN 1. Education cess and Secondary and Higher education cess are not allowed.
