How the Return will be filed for those invoices which which delivered on last day of month and RECIEVED after 10th of next month.

I assume that you query related to excise.. you are eligible to availe input credit once goods reaches factory gate... for ex invoice dated 30.04.17 but material has been received on 01 of May then you are eligible to take cred credit in return filed for the month of May.
