Can a registered dealer claim input in respect GST paid by him in availing services of an advertisement agency....?

Sir, the registered person is engaged in manufacturing spices (masala powders) etc.. is he/she eligible to claim input on gst paid in advertising his products...? the input amount would come to lakhs...
