Input on goods related to 19-20

Dear Sir,

in fabrication work, Proprietorship missing input credit some bills related to 2019-20. in 2020-21 up to June 2020 GST returns filed. 

 is it possible to claim input credited related to 19-20 in July 2020 GSTR 3B.

As per books can we take input in March 20. but claim in July 2021 return.
