Does the trader of cold drinks,soda & other confectionery items is eligible for input tax credit of the same items on purchase??

Yes, you can claim ITC on beverages

Yes.... He can...

No more restriction for taking ITC for the Same Business activities.

You can take ITC only if your regular type. If you are composition dealer then ITC cannot be claimed.
