One of my friend is doing Tour and travel business and cab business also.(Proprietor)
1.Did he need to take 2 different Gst registration?
2.Can he take input of cabs purchased of tour services and cab services? And input of hotel bill.
3.What rate of Gst did he need to charge if he want to take of input of Gst.
1 . single gst no can be used for different business verticals. gst law does not mandate different gst no for different business.
2. itc in blocked u/s 17(5).
