If we purchase material without mention our gst number in tax invoice then this situation can we take input cgst & sgst ??

No You are not eligible for ITC claim

No, because the supplier will treat such sale B2c ,

You cant claim input tax without gstin number on invoice, as it is treated as B2C supplies.

Not eligible for ITC if your GSTIN is not mentioned in the Invoice.
