Input Credit on Sales discount

A pharmacy made a sales of Rs.100,000 in a month and given 10% discount to its customers. How to claim ITC on discount given?

As per section 15 sub section 3 (a) The value of supply shall not include any discount which is given before or at the time of the supply . So taxable value will be only after discount .
