For new mobile phones, Laptops, and telecom bills paid every month, can we claim input credit in GST ?

if bills and invoice name of your company and your company gst no. then you avail gst input.

Yes certainly eleigible for you as well as traders, manufacturers, other service providers as used in furterence of business.
You need to give your GST no to all vendors.
