Is credit of taxes paid on input purchased is available if goods are transfered to branch outside the state after submission of F form in case of DVAT

If Input vat of 5% available credit can be claimed upto to the extend of 3% after reducting 2% of CST in course of Branch Transfer the further Sale outside your state.
