Can I Get Input credit of service taxes paid for manufacturing of Garments, where as I am collecting Service tax on property provided on rent. . . .Please Advise.

Hi Tilok ji,
Input credit cannot be claimed....bnecause there is no nexus b/w output and input service.....and those input services are not common services like security,communication,accounts&audit etc.....
St credit can not be claimed
