VAT - Works contract is of two type in Maharashtra VAT Act i.e., Construction & others; for which you may claim input credit subject to restriction as provided in Rule 53(4) of the MVAT Rules;
Service Tax - Valuation is covered vide Rule 2A of the Service Tax (Determination of Value) Rules, 2006, in which there is a condition that you cannot claim CENVAT Credit on any inputs.

can we take input credit service tax paid to advocate / rent . in epc company
1) if there is seperate order for supply of material and erection /testing /commisioning
2) if the order is inclusive of material and services
