1) My company in to Telephone Tower building & electrical work solutions then on what services Tax Input can i availeled?
2) I need Excel calculator for the same
3) One security service provider non corporate entity charged 100% i.e. 12.36% instead of 75% can I claim 100% or 75% or Nil.
4) Civil work 50% then WCT rates

ans of 3) you can cliam 100% credit
and under reverse charge you have to pay service tax on 75% value.... u need not to understand that if ser provider has paid full service tax so ser rec need not to pay under reverse charge

ans of 1) u can avail credit on input servi used for providing output service and those service specifically included in the definition of input service whether these are used in output service or not
