whether can we avail KKC closing balance as become opening balance in GST if yes than which it covers IGST,CGST or SGST ?

registered person shall not be allowed to take credit unless the said credit was admissible as CENVAT credit under the existing law and is also admissible as input tax credit under this Act

Yes thre is provision was set in gst law as of now for kkc inputs
