one of the my claint purchase new lorry for business purpose now I can claim input tax n depreciation kindly advice how can I file GST which colom I can show input

Yes you can claim ITC , but Note that the depreciation can claim but on the value before tax (GST)
Show in 3b under table 4 , Row A(5) , all other ITC
My reply is on assuming that Lorry being used in transportation of goods
