Input credit in case of Gst paid under reverse charge mechanism
if I have paid Gst for purchase of goods in such case wheather I can claim input credit of above Gst paid or not

Yes, provided you are registered in GST under general scheme, and the purchase is in line with furtherance of business....
and what if one is under composition scheme
For dealer registrered under composition scheme no ITC available.
