I have a query regarding Delhi vat. Can a assessee claim input credit(Refund) on purchase of goods (tax paid @ 12.5%), where no local sale has been made by the assesse and all the goods have been transferred to branch in haryana against form F.

see delhi sales tax rule:
| Tax credit disallowed in respect of stock | total Input recd | x | Stock transfer | = | xxxxxxx | ||
| transfer out of Delhi [ Section 10(3)] | Total sale | ||||||
so you can calculate your Input vat disallowed
how can you take refund.
