yes, there is no restriction if use for business purposes.

For Input credit as per section 16 of the CGST 2017 act you have to fulfill following conditions
1) You must of Valid Tax invoice
2) You must received Goods or service
3) Supplier must pay the Tax collected form you to Govt account
4) recipient must file return .

yes ..If the inverter is being used in the course of busi, then you can claim ITC in GSTR-3B, provided that you satisfy all the FOUR CONDITIONS as laid down under Section 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017
