Inline payment problem

i made payment for ipcc group2 exam today. it showed that payment is approved and sms came that amount is deducted.after that a pdf should have been created but it didn't happen.it showed connection timed out.when i refreshed the browser it showed error.the amount is deducted .what to donext. 27th last day for payment .i did this procedure 2times and totally 2000 gone.wt should ido
