IF U HAVE CLEARED FOUNDATION OF CS THEN WHATS IT RELATION WITH CMA FOUNDATION.....
YES THERE IS A MOU BETWEEN ICAI AND ICSI THAT A QUALIFIED CS CAN GET EXEMPTION IN FOUNDATION, FOUR PAPERS OF INTER AND 2 PAPERS OF FINAL..
