26 July 2011Can Anyone please upload/send me the link for Info Tech Act,DT & IDT Amendments for November 2011 CA Final Exams.I hope the amendments from 01.05.2010 to 30.04.2011 of Information Technology Act are applicable for November.

For May 2011 in IDT , service tax changed, in ISCA - 4th and 8th chnaged, In fm, students were expected to do practice manual and for DT, supplementary for Direct Tax for May 2011 was issued and Select Cases applicable was uploaded in ICAI Site.
So whatever was applicable in May 2011, from that is there any big difference in Nov 2011. Only FOR IDT , FOR NOV 2011, SOME CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE IN COMPARISON TO MAY 2011---WHICH CAN BE SEEN IN RTP ISSUED FOR NOV 2011.
If its same as what was applicable for May 2011, then no need to worry as only practice manual for all subjects done, it would be sufficient.
Do correct me if Iam wrong in above conclusions

Hi Just check it ICAI website under Students - Bos Knowlede - u will get all the recent amendments and other study materials

can any body tell me whether there is any changes in case laws - selected cases from icai for may 2011 & for nov 2011 & also there is any changes in amendments given by icai from may 2011 exam to nov 2011 .as I have purchased the same for may 2011 exams. is there requirement to purchase the same again for nov 2011 exam
