For Info Tech and SM study from Modules only ...
The best possible way is to make ur own notes...around 200 pages notebook for each subject will suffice
Around 6 days (6 hours per day) will be enough to complete the notes...
For Sm there are 7 chapters (around each chapter,a roughly 12 pages each notes can be fitted into)
For info tech just make notes for chapter 2,3,4 ( I cannot advise u how to prepare for flow chart since i was a science student with vocational subject - computer science .... they taught us to make flowcharts in 11 th itself...)
Study for chapter 1,2,3,4 by writing definations around 10 definations( also do the glossary at the end of the book) a day for 3 months and u will do well (the more u write the better it is !!)
let me tell u that in the one day gap between the tax and IT & SM Paper u will get really fustrated ....(like when will the exam end...etc)
It is really better if u study IT and SM well in advance before !! The notes that u make before come very handy later ......
Best Wishes

IT & SM is a scoring subject in PCC...for Sm, use inst. modules or get the class notes of any good teaching faculty and read from it.For IT, study flowchart(sure 10 marks out of 50 from this chapter). For other chapters use scanner of institutes compilations and plan your study...Also go through recent exam Q papers as it ll give an idea of the questions asked from various chapters...Good Luck
