financial reporting:holding and amalgamation is a must,goodwill,eVA,internal rec,share based are relatively short ch.
PS if you have taken notes of praveen sir thn max chances practical ques will come frm his books(just a precise trackrecord of his,if hard luck th this may not be correct)
if you are thorough with AS thn they will easily fetch you atleast 20 to 30marks
cost accounting:Very thorough preparation of OR .theory is advisable if you are comfortable rest portion only concepts,this paper checks your conceptual knowledge,very less chances of past attempt ques s
indirect tax:amendment and case study
It would be better if you make ur status clear as in what you have done and what claases tec you have taken
