although some of our friends still preparing for the future paper , but i wanted to know about how to enter in Industrial Training & but they basically demanded in Article Clerk , is it worth to spent last in big firms at cost of Final exam.I m just completed my initial 9 months training.

I'm in CA Final appearing for 2nd group. I've cleared my 1st group. I did my articleship of 2nd year (in 1st year i took dummy) & then joined INDIAN OIL CORP as an Industrial trainee.
What i can advice you is to choose from:
1. simple articleship where you can join some coaching centre also & appear well for exams, or
2. go for Industrial training and try to maintain balance between training & studies so that u can fairly appear for exams. Usually u dnt get time to study for long hrs but u can make a daily schedule to study before leaving for office or after returning home.
doing IT along with studies makes life hectic but let me assure u my friend that after becoming ca there are ample opportunities. Even in GMCS, faculties lay stress that one should go for excellent training or a rank.
apart from professional development there would be see diff in ur personality too. ur comm skills sharpen, u get more confidence as u become part of team of pros.
