I have a question.If i take up industrial training by showing excess leaves in form 109, then will i be able to take exam leaves during my industrial training period. ?

Since you have already taken excess leave and you are working only to compensate that excess leave taken , it is on the discretion of the employer to give you leave for the exam preparation and you will have to work extra for that leave taken.

yeah. but do we have to intimate about such leaves to the institute as well??

Leave taken in excess of the period of leave to which he is entitled under Regulation 59 shall be treated as excess leave. The articled clerk is required to undergo articles for further training equivalent to the period of excess leave taken by him during the period of three years of training. Period of excess leave can be served with the same Principal by executing deed in Form No. 107. However the excess leave can also be served under a new Principal as per Regulation 46. |

hi...rohit ..and 'seeking meaning'..Can u please tell if my employer of industrial training would not allow me leaves of 4 months which I am entitled to before my final exam, and if I take the desired leaves by going against the policies of the company, then would it harm me in anyway other than being asked to serve extension?
