Hello Everyone.. Can Anyone guide me..? What if your current employer says "no" to give transfer to article assistant for Industrial training..?
Is any legal weapon available to article assistant, if he satisfies all the criteria of the institute..?

There is rule that you can get transfer for Industrial Training but if your principal is refusing then in that case you will have to fight with your pricipal to get transfer because for them article is cheap source of labour.
only one weapon you have i.e try try try and convince your boss for industrial training

Thank you all... But, i wonder about this weired structure of our institute.. The one, who doesn't want to go in practice have also to undergo 3 and a half yrs of articleship or u can call it a time of hardship, with such a low pay..
Instead, it shud be like 1 & half yrs (balance tym) voluntary the person who want to be in a service sector, whr he can hav dual benifits of first learning work of a particular industry, and good amt of stipend!!
CANY ANYBODY FROM KOLKATA TELL ME IS THERE ANY OPENING FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINEE IN ANY REPUTED COMPANY???
