Hello Everyone.. Can Anyone guide me..? What if your current employer says "no" to give transfer to article assistant for Industrial training..?

Is any legal weapon available to article assistant, if he satisfies all the criteria of the institute..?

There is rule that you can get transfer for Industrial Training but if your principal is refusing then in that case you will have to fight with your pricipal to get transfer because for them article is cheap source of labour.

Permission is not required. Intimate CA 3 months before you intend to puruse IT ( And take acknowledgement of the written intimation ). After 3 months, he is obliged to give you 109 signed. If he does not, show the written acknowledgement to the articles dept at ICAI and they will do the needful.

Thank you all... But, i wonder about this weired structure of our institute.. The one, who doesn't want to go in practice have also to undergo 3 and a half yrs of articleship or u can call it a time of hardship, with such a low pay..

Instead, it shud be like 1 & half yrs (balance tym) voluntary the person who want to be in a service sector, whr he can hav dual benifits of first learning work of a particular industry, and good amt of stipend!!
