Yes definately u can go for indutrial training as u have completed your 2.5 years of DUMMY articleship.
If you have a good reference in any industry then only you will get it else not (Except you are a rank holder), its very difficult to get in thru any ind widout reference nowadys.
You can get the details of the organisations providing IT Region Wise in ICAI website.
