Industrial training

Attention Please:

Here is query on Industrial training,

Q. A student registered for CA Final course on 01/02/2008 along with articleship, nw his 2 years Articleship training completes on 31/01/2010... his attempt falls on May2010..

Now he takes leaves from his Firm for study from 01/02/2010(3months prior to exams)...Till Mid May (after exams Over)...He completes 2years 3.5Months...Nw he wants to opt for Industrial training with some manufacturing Concern (approved by ICAI)...but he cant do it(as remaining Period left for his Training is 8.5months)..as ICAI wants min 9Months of Training should Be left for Doing industrial training..Nw temme How he can do his Indus. Training?? Any Solution For it?

Pls reply urgent.......

only solution is that you can extend your articleship as much as your articleship period remain 9 month pl consult with other also

By taking max leaves/ or other??

is it creates any problem in future or Not????

i think there is no provision in ca regulation 1988 for extension of articleship icai restrict the taking of leaves and transfer but not extension. And i heared in ajay jain sir clasa that prince jain rank holder had remain only 8 month of articleship ship but after qualifying ca in the industry adjusted his article to 9 month for the purpose of industrial training and i think the other best alternative is to request your principal to give me scondment this the best alternative because ther no need to extend your articleship in this case minimum period of scondment is 4 month per principal not exeeding 12 month as whole

i guess by extension of articles.. there is no problem... because some of my frnds took the leave for 6 to 8 months...

which principal (i mean Where one do articleship OR Where he has to take industrial training )

And I ask frm u 1more thing Do u knw wat does Mr.Prince Do in his case...

scondment mean that your articleship remain carry on with you present employer that is your boss under whom you are serving your articleship but you work in industry or other good firm instead of working in this firm to gain the exposure which your present boss may not be in a position to provide the same and you just do request this boss for scondment and if he agree then fil this link https://www.icai.org/resource_file/7526form_secondment_articles.pdf after completion of your scondment period you can take singnature of your that boss ,from whom u requested for scondment ,in form no 108 and after few day you will be sent by icai a latter of confirmation and i dont know more about prince jain.
