Hello 
Is it necessary that we need to clear IPCC in first attempt to get into Industrial Training or the number of attempt does not really matter as such ? Could anyone share their Industrial Training experience?

it depends on organisation only.some prefer only first attempt but many organisation take candidates based on their knowledge.
