Can any1 pls tell me if industrial training is beneficial for article student?

n what is the procedure for it?

industrial training is helpful if you want to go for job, also you would get knowledge of the industry before joining the company

Hi... I have an Interview for Industrial Training with Brittannia Ltd and Tata Steel... Can anyone please help with what sort of questions I may be asked at the interview and what preparation is required.
