10 August 2011hi...i would like to know that does the minimum period of 9 months for industrial training also include the extension or the excess leave period?my articleship gets over in Jan' 2012 but with extension,it will extend for another 7-8 months.So i would like to know if i am eligible to undergo industrial training?

Yes, extension is included while computing the period of industrial training and you are eligible for industrial training as per the facts disclosed by you
